Purpose of the App

This mobile App connects the owners (real estate developer customer) with the real estate developer from the contract onwards.

Owners will be able to see information related to their purchase, download documents and find out about the status of the project.

This app is connected to the PlanOKs’ sales and after sales CRM (the App’s backoffice).

According to industry studies and interviews conducted by PlanOK, homeowners' satisfaction when buying a new home, decreases from the contract to the deed, due to the long construction process where the owner does not receive any updates about their purchase, causing a feeling of "abandonment" by the real estate developer.

The mobile App provides a tool for real estate developer to accompany and keep their clients informed from the contract onwards. Consequently, the real estate developer will have a more loyal customer base who are satisfied after sales and will be less conflictive.

The owners or users do not have to pay for an account, they just need to have a valid property purchase contracts in the App’s backoffice that are managed by the real estate developer.

How are users created?

The users are previously created in the backoffice of the App managed by the real estate developer. The App does not allow users to be created. Only the acoount and password are confirmed in the App, but the personal data of the users is managed from the Apps’s backoffice.

How do users obtain an account?

First, the real estate developer generate a valid property purchase contracts in the App’s backoffice. Then, the user has to validate his account in the App. The register process is:

  1. You have to press the SIGN UP link to enter the National ID screen.

  2. You have to enter the National ID using only numbers (the application will complete the special characters for you), then press the confirm button.

  3. You have to check your email inbox for getting the verification code that the application sends you.

  4. You have to enter the code of the third step and press the confirm button.

  5. If the code is correct the application will allow you to set a password for your user. Then you have to press the sign in button.

  6. Finally, you can login at the initial screen using your registered email as username and the password that you set up in the fifth step.

Why is RUT/DNI needed to register?

This App is developed and delivered to housing owners. To login and validate that they are owners, they must provide their DNI (Chilean RUT). In this case, RUT is an essential data for the system validation which is linked, and we care for this data, to be used only for this purpose.

How can users delete their account?

Users can press "delete account" who will lead them to a form to manage this request.

PlanOK cannot delete users without a previously autorization from de real estate developer, since real estate developer have valid property purchase contracts in the App’s backoffice that are managed by them. For this reason, the removal of users is managed through a form, so the real estate developer can manage the removal of each user with the corresponding procedure.

 

Who are the users that will use the paid services in the app?

There is no paid users for the application, this application is a tool that represents a customer frontend to access his real estate information, the real estate developer is the entity that sells a real estate property to its customer and with this application that customer has access to the information itself.

Where can users purchase the services that can be accessed in the app?

The application is not for selling a service, as I said, the real estate developer sells a real estate property using a backoffice web application, and this mobile application allows the customer to access this information.

What specific types of previously purchased services can a user access in the app?

Real estate developer customers will be able to see the information related to their real estate properties like, download documents, find out about the status of the project and other related data.

What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase?

There is no paid users for the application, the only condition is to have a real estate property purchase with the real estate developer.

How do users obtain an account? Do users have to pay a fee to create an account?

Does the app includes an account registration feature for businesses and organizations?

Our application does not includes an account registration feature for businesses and organizations, the registration or better said, the validation an password generation for a previously created account (using the backoffice platform), is for the real estate developer customer, there is no subscription or payed service for the application use, this application is only for accessing the real estate developer customer information, is totally free.
